Indoor Products Warranty

When our customers are happy, we're happy. When our customers are unhappy, we're miserable.

CedarWorks manufactures the highest quality play systems, and we stand behind our products. All CedarWorks play systems are made from premium materials that are safe for kids and the environment. When you purchase a playset from CedarWorks, you are purchasing a superior quality playset that will last for years.

Subject to proper installation, CedarWorks warrants to the original purchaser all commercial indoor play systems to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 4 years from the date of purchase. Finishes, stains, and paints will be warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the original date of purchase.

Items will be repaired or replaced, at our option, and returned to the customer freight prepaid during the warranty period.

Installation of any components or accessories will be the responsibility of the original purchaser.

Because of the craftsmanship and use of natural materials, minor variations will occur from piece to piece. Therefore, this warranty does not cover minor variations in size, shape, color or the natural variations in wood products such as wood grain, knots, or mineral streaks. Indoor products are not warrantied against normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use, extremes of high/low humidity, accidents, abuse, neglect, or damage or appearance changes resulting from improper care or storage.

CedarWorks reserves the right to examine photographs or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective and to recover said merchandise prior to disposition of warranty claims.
