Outdoor Products Warranty
Subject to proper installation and maintenance as outlined in our general instructions, CedarWorks warrants to the original purchaser all commercial outdoor products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Items will be repaired or replaced, at our option, and returned to the customer freight prepaid during the warranty period.
Installation of any components or accessories will be the responsibility of the original purchaser.
Individual component warranties include:
- Cedar structural components and floor decks will be warrantied for 10 years from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Rotational molded slides and tubes will be warrantied for 5 years from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
- All other components and accessories will be warrantied for 2 years from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
Because of the craftsmanship and use of natural materials, minor variations will occur from piece to piece. Therefore, this warranty does not cover minor variations in size, shape, color or the natural variations in wood products such as wood grain, knots, or mineral streaks. Outdoor products are not warrantied against normal wear and tear, damage resulting from installation below ground surfacing, damage resulting from improper use, extremes of high/low humidity, accidents, abuse, neglect, or damage or appearance changes resulting from improper care or storage.
CedarWorks reserves the right to examine photographs or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective and to recover said merchandise prior to disposition of warranty claims.
